Mission

Strengthen the local food system in Greater Cincinnati. In a perfect world we are all prosperous, healthy, and connected–but it’s not our reality. Therefore, local food resources, essential kitchen skills, and nutritional information are packed into educational programs at the edible Schoolhouse. We educate participants to make wiser, healthier food decisions on a daily basis — decisions that affect them and their community.

Goals

One goal is simple: Increase the demand for local food.

Other goals are audacious: Support our community. We never know quite when and how, but our goal is to serve when needed, such as during the COVID-19 pandemic.
